For those who would like to rent a car, this property owns a private parking space in the building, free for use.
The luxurious complex has quiet communal areas with large swimming pool surrounded by a garden with beautiful tropical vegetation and palm trees.
Ideal location, 8 minutes walk from the beach of La Carihuela, close to shops, restaurants, center of Torremolinos, 15 minutes from Malaga airport, 10 minutes from golf courses and close to train station with excellent connection towards Airport and the city of Málaga. Still in a quiet green area with views.

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that the pool will be open on your preferred days as it is not in our hands. The opening of the pool are every year different and depends among others, the community of owners and the weather conditions.
The pool is closed due to water restrictions in Spain.

It is possible to check-in between 14.00-24.00h. Before 14.00h check-in is only possible on request and if there are no guest leaving the same day.
For arrivals on Sundays, bank holidays and arrivals between 20.00-22.00h we charge a check-in fee of €25,-
For check-in after 22.00h, we charge an extra late check-in fee of €45,-
Check out times:
Check-out time is between 09.00-10.00h in the morning. If you have a late departure and would like to stay longer that day in the property, please inform us. If it is possible, we will confirm your later check-out time. For this late check-out an extra fee of €25,- applies.
