With the center of Torremolinos nearby and the beach at 5 minutes walking distance the apartment is perfectly located.

The property  is completely refurbished and has a stylish luxurious design retaining the touch of the typical Spanish Andalusian style. The many old Spanish details give the house a typical Spanish but luxurious feeling.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached by the stairs in the cosy hallway.

The living is cosy, stylish, has comfortable sofa’s and Smart TV. From the living you can access the balcony, facing East.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary devices needed for a comfortable holiday, like an electrical hob, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster and a washing machine. From the kitchen window you look over the lovely white streets of Pueblo Blanco.

In front of the kitchen there is a stylish, cosy dinner area for four people with sofa and stools to enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner.

It has two bedrooms of which both have a comfortable double size bed. Both rooms are equipped with airconditioning.

The bathroom is also completely redecorated and restyled, with a stand alone bath tub, comfortable rain shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and bidet.

There is airconditioning, heating , and Wi-Fi available. In the apartment you can find an iron and iron board. Another big advantage from this apartment is that is has a covered parking space.

Torremolinos is very famous as the perfect holiday location on the Costa del Sol because of it’s diversity. Torremolinos has a large beach line that goes all the way from Málaga to Benalmádena with a beautiful promenade to enjoy shopping, sunbathing, delicious food, terraces, restaurants. With over more than 300 days of sunshine during the year it is a very popular place to spend the holidays or to enjoy the sunny, mild winter months. Malaga airport at only 7 kms away and trains and busses to all main locations.
